We are excited to announce that the Urbach Tower has been named a finalist in the Experimental category and an honourable mention for overall excellence in the FastCompany 2020 Innovation by Design Awards, which highlight designers and businesses solving the problems of today and tomorrow.
The tower's innovative self-shaping wood technology was co-developed by ICD and ITKE, in cooperation with ETH Zürich, Empa and Blumer-Lehmann AG.
