The Building Demonstrators play a central role in IntCDC's research in two ways. Firstly, they are an integral part of the research itself, following our Co-Design approach, and secondly, they serve as a tool to validate our research findings. In addition to their direct significance for research, the Building Demonstrators are of great value for the public visibility of the IntCDC and thus for our external impact and science communication. Thematically, each Building Demonstrator is linked to one Research Network.
